Delivery and Packaging
Information
We’ll schedule your delivery of your Rental order 1 to 2 days before your event via courier directly to your door. All orders will be subject to a $30 flat shipping fee.
Reusable Bespoke Packaging
With a strong environmental conscience, all packaging is reusable and zero-waste.
Design, testing & production has taken over 8 months, each kit holds a setting of 4.
All internal bags are designed with fixed padded dividers to hold all plates & glasses.
Designing a box that could successfully transport fragile dinnerware from one destination to another was one of the biggest challenges our business faced and accomplishing this in a sustainable way only added to the difficulty.
The custom-made re-useable corflute outer boxes features velcro fastening for ease of use.
NO STICKY TAPE, NO CARTONS
Not only does it transport succesfully but looks appealing too. We are pleased of being able to make deliveries in a stylish way without using tape and creating waste, we wanted our setting packages to feel really special when they arrive at your doorstep.
Boxes are sent back using a provided pre-paid courier label.
Delivery
We’ll schedule your delivery of your Rental order 1 to 2 days before your event via courier directly to your door. For all other orders please allow 4-5 business days via standard post.
All orders will be subject to a $30 flat shipping fee.Any applicable shipping fee to Rental orders include shipping both ways.
After re-packing all items, you are required to re-label the Kit Boxes with the return labels provided and follow the return instructions.All Kit Boxes must be left at your front door or area of drop off for return delivery.
A pre-booked courier will arrive and pickup the Tablescape Kit the next day after your event, except for Sunday events or Public holidays, boxes will be collected on the next business day..
